From a young age, Justice Baiden was unknowingly groomed to be the man he is today. As the child of Ghanaian parents, Baiden often heard music from various sects of Africa and reggae from island legend Bob Marley, cultivating an ear that welcomed diverse genres and styles. “I was exposed to different types of ideas, sounds and thoughts,” he says. Born in Atlanta, then moving to Ghana in early childhood and returning to Atlanta for the sixth grade, he learned to adapt and appreciate other cultures.
Justice attended Georgia State University, he and several friends formed Love Renaissance (LVRN), a name born from recognizing that tough guy and trap music was dominating airwaves and the crew wanted to provide tunes with varied emotions infused within them. Now, as LVRN’s Head of A&R, Baiden’s not exactly the finance man he went to school for. But he is doing more than well at handling his business. LVRN has discovered and nurtured multi-platinum acts (Virginia singer DRAM and Atlanta singer/rapper 6lack), brokered a joint venture label deal with Interscope in 2017, and this year they aim to add further their creative efforts with their new marketing agency, Kids Against Cubicles.

Victor Blackwell is an Emmy award-winning journalist, correspondent and co-anchors CNN This Morning Weekends with Amara Walker in Atlanta.
In 2020 Blackwell received an Emmy award in the category Outstanding News Analysis: Editorial & Opinion for his commentary “‘Infested,’ He Says,” about President Donald Trump’s description of Rep. Elijah Cummings’ Maryland district – his home district.
Blackwell has reported and anchored on-the-scene for many breaking news stories, including CNN’s Emmy-nominated coverage of the simultaneous shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, as well as the devastation in the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian. He also played a pivotal role in the network’s reporting on the protests following the 2020 deaths of George Floyd and Rayshard Brooks. Blackwell also covered of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma (2017), the shooting at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando (2016), protests in his hometown of Baltimore following the death of Freddie Gray (2015) and the death of Georgia teen Kendrick Johnson (2013), among others.
In 2018 Blackwell marked the 50-year anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s death by coordinating an exclusive interview with civil rights icons Ambassador Andrew Young and Reverend Jesse Jackson at the Memphis motel where King was gunned down. This was the first time the two visited together since King’s death.
Blackwell came to CNN in 2012 from WPBF 25 News in West Palm Beach, Fla., where he served as an anchor where he was honored with several regional Emmy nominations, two Telly awards, several Associated Press awards and honors from the Society of Professional Journalists. He also earned the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award and the UNITY Award, both from the Radio Television Digital News Association, for a special report on the disproportionate dropout rate amongst young black men.
Prior to his tenure at WPBF, Blackwell worked for WTLV/WJXX in Jacksonville, Fla. He broke into journalism writing for the Community Times newspaper in Columbia, Md. He worked as a producer for Radio11 WBAL in Baltimore and as a co-producer for WHUT-TV in Washington. He also worked for WPMT-TV in York, Penn., and WHAG-TV in Hagerstown, Md.
Blackwell earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University and in 2016 was named one of the University’s Top 150 Distinguished Alumni.

Barry "Hefner" Johnson is co-founder and President of record label, management, and publishing company Since the 80s Records. The Atlanta-born record executive was initially a rapper before managing talent. Atlanta-based for 16 years now, Cameron Kirkland—infamously known as Cam Kirk—has transformed the city into his throne. Cam picked up the camera for the first time over 10 years ago, around the same time he was attending Morehouse College for Business Marketing.
Getting his start working with iconic trap artists such as Gucci Mane, Migos, 21 Savage, Future,Young Thug, etc. in the iconic home of Hip-Hop, Kirk was cultivating creativity behind the scenes in the music industry and in culture. Over the past few years he has taken the commercial photography space by storm working with some of the largest companies in the world including Coca Cola, Nike, Puma, Airbnb, Meta, Budweiser, NFL, MLS, NBA, and more to name a few.
Throughout his journey as a photographer, he realized the city was still missing something—a safe place for creatives to advance their skills, market themselves and network. And so in 2017, Cam Kirk Studios was born! A few years later Cam Kirk Studios is now a staple within the Atlanta community, averaging over 500 appointments a month.

Emmanuel Massillon (b. 1998 in Washington D.C.) is an African American conceptual artist who works in several different mediums including painting, photography, and sculpture. With these varying mediums, He explores the complex history of race, identity, culture and it's the relation to people of African descent. Massillon's upbringing in the inner city of Washington D.C. shapes the unique narrative that he strives to convey through his work, which is introducing others to new ideas by creating work from day-to-day life to politically charged topics. With this, he aims for his viewers to start and explore conversations that may or may not have been previously spoken about. Language and materials is very much an important part of his work; he uses many visual puns and many examples of street vernacular which adds to the overall experience of his artwork. The use of language and puns is directly inspired by many genres of African- American music such as Jazz, R&B and Rap music which Massillon believes to be one of the main preservers of black culture in America. The materials used in his work vary from bullet shells, dirt, found objects and wood which act as a way to express his perception of the world by using materials found in his own environment and cultural history. With influences as diverse as folk art, music, art history and African history . Massillon uses many reference points to get his ideas across to his viewers, in a simple yet evoking manner. When he isn't working on creating artwork Massillon can be found curating shows to shed light on artists looking to share a similar narrative as him. Massillon currently attends The School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York City and is pursuing a BFA in Fine Arts. In recognition of his academic and artistic accomplishments, Massillon was selected as a recipient of the Silas H. Rhodes Scholarship and is a recipient of the District of Columbia Commission on the Arts and Humanities Exhibitions (Curatorial) Grant. Massillon currently lives and works between New York City & Washington DC.

Subsequently, she led nationwide expansion of Game Seven as Director of Operations and served as point person for influencer and experiential strategy on the Beats by Dre account.
April is fiercely private and passionate about giving back. Atlanta-based record label Generation Now is built on a new foundational infrastructure for the young creative economy and by a trio of proven music vets – Philadelphia, PA natives Tyree “DJ Drama” Simmons and Don Cannon and Los Angeles bred Leighton “Lake” Morrison. They are focused on empowering and incubating artists in their own creative habitat without altering their vision. Although the Generation Now moniker speaks volumes based on its Millennial and Gen Z roster, it spawned from the title of a 2004 Aphilliates mixtape series led by Drama and Cannon; with its debut release hosted by Kanye West, Joe Budden and Jae Mills. Dan Porter is the CEO and co-founder of Overtime, a creator of disruptive sports IP and the leading sports brand and community for the next generation of fans.
